Turkey Day

This year for Thanksgiving Courtney and I decided to make our own Thanksgiving dinners. We bought our ingredients and actually made a pretty good meal. We had turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, wheat buns, corn, and a green bean casserole. For dessert, Courtney made some cookies and cream cupcakes. After we filled our stomachs with delicious turkey, we kept up with tradition and watched some episodes of Friends that involved Thanksgiving. Every year we do this with our younger cousins, Casey and Tony- so this year was a must!

After a much needed nap, we got ready for the night out because we had tickets for Michael Jackson's Thriller Live show in the West End. I bought these tickets for Courtney's birthday earlier this month. The show was at the Lyric Theatre near Soho. What an amazing experience we had! The show (or should I saw concert) is basically celebrating the career of the King of Pop- Michael Jackson, and the Jackson 5. Each song had great choreographed dances which really got the crowd involved. At one point we were dancing out of our chairs! Our favorite songs during the show were- Smooth Criminal, Black and White, Bad, and The Way You Make Me Feel. By the time the show ended, Courtney and I were eager to go back to our house and YouTube some of MJ's dances to bust out back home. All in all, a great turkey day!
